In a murder case i do not think that if the person beilieves in god or not is important because it is the persons decision not god. In a murder case i think that it is important of how many shots were fired because some of the shots fired may have not been nessacery if the person was already dead. I think that if the person was upset or not at the passing of their mother is an importance to a murder case because if the suspect was upset that might angry them to the point of killing someone.
